ان شركة Comercializadora Romana de Costa Rica) (.S.A المسجلة بتاريخ 17 ايار 1997 تحت رقم 1044 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 29/2/2000 بموجب طلب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 286/ت انه على اثر اجتماع مجلس ادارة شركة رومانا تريدنغ ش .م. في فرع لبنان الواقع في منطقة عاريا­ ظهر الوحش ­ اركادا بلازا بتاريخ 17/2/2000 قد تقرر: اولا:­ تعيين السيد زياد سليمان مدير مسؤول عن فرع لبنان ومنحه صلاحيات ادارية عادية. ثانيا:­ تعيين السيد ناجي خير الله مدير مسؤول عن ادارة المعمل. ثالثا:­ تكليف المحامي جهاد جورج لطفي اجراء ما يلزم لوضع هذه القرارات موضوع التنفيذ. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
