وزارة الاقتصاد والتجارة الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية علم وخبر رقم 1721 في التعديل ان شركة Ansaldo Energia S.P.A المسجلة بتاريخ 13 شباط 1996 تحت رقم 997 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع) قد صرحت بتاريخ 23/2/2000 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 268/ت انه قد تم تعيين السيد ستيفانو اوربيناتي Mr.Stefano Urbinati وكيلا خاصا للشركة مع منحه الصلاحيات المحددة في قرار التعيين مع حق التوقيع الحصري وبالانفراد على كامل الاراضي اللبنانية. وان هذا التوكيل يلغي ويحل محل التوكيل السابق الممنوح سابقا الى السيد جياكومو لاغوريو Mr. Lagorio على ان يبقى ساري المفعول لغاية تاريخ استبداله, باستثناء حالة التحديد او الالغاء المسبق. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
