ان شركة (Companie D'Entreprises (CFE المسجلة بتاريخ 1 اب 1997 تحت رقم رقم 1056 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 16/12/1999 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1836/ت انها احيطت علما باستقالة السيد فارس قرقماز مدير فرع شركة (Companie D'Entreprises (CFE في لبنان, وانها تعين السيد اريك لوديك Mr. Eric C. Ledecq المسمى بالوكيل مديرا جديدا للفرع المذكور كما انها اتخذت قرارا بنقل مركز فرعها في لبنان الى العنوان التالي: مركز بدوي وشوفاني­ مستديرة ربايح ­ زوق مصبح­ لبنان. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
