ان شركة United Distillers & Vintners (ER) Ltd المسجلة بتاريخ 10/9/1997 تحت اسم United Distillers PLC تحت رقم 1063 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات. قد صرحت بتاريخ 25/2/1999 انه بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس ادارة الشركة قررت الغاء تسجيل مكتب التمثيل في لبنان الجاري على اسم الشركة السابق يونايتد ديستيلرز بي ال سي وقد فوضت السيد دانيال كلارك القيام بالمهمة المذكورة على ان ينتهي هذا التفويض بعد مرور سنة على تاريخ توقيعه وهو يخضع للقوانين المعمول بها في انكلترا. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
