- في التعديل- ان شركة كريدي سويس Credit Swiss المسجلة بتاريخ 10 نيسان 1999 تحت الرقم 2062 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات- مكتب تمثيل قد صرحت بتاريخ 15/2/2002, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 168/ت, انها عينت السيد جيرار دي سنجر Mr. Gerard de Senger ليكون الوكيل المعتمد والممثل لها في كل من لبنان و الاردن وسوريا, ويكون وكيلها الفعلي والقانوني والمدير المساعد لمكتب تمثيل مصرف كريدي سويس فى بيروت- لبنان مع كافة الصلاحيات والسلطات المذكورة في الوكالة الصادرة عن المجلس التنفيذي للمصرف والمؤرخة في زوريخ في 20/1/2002
