في التعديل ان شركة Shneider Electric Industries S.A المسجلة بتاريخ 24/5/1997 تحت اسم شنايدر الكتريك شَ. م. وتحت رقم 1050 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 21/12/1999 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1865/ ت وبموجب قرار جمعية عمومية غير عادية اتخذت قرارا بتغيير اسم الشركة ليصبح شنايدر الكتريك اندستريز ش. م. Shneider Electric Industries S.A واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
