ان شركة البنك البريطاني للشرق الاوسط المسجلة بتاريخ 22/6/1946 تحت رقم 125 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات قد صرحت بتاريخ 1/4/1998 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا تحت الرقم 251/ت ان مجلس الادارة قرر زيادة رأس مال فرع البنك في لبنان ليصبح /10,750,000,000/ عشرة مليارات وسبعماية وخمسون مليون ليرة لبنانية وتتكون من تحويل مبلغ /3949944883/ ل.ل. من الاحتياطي القانوني - تحويل مبلغ /855500000/ ل.ل. من نتائج سابقة مدورة ارباح تحويل مبلغ /1448750000/ ل.ل. مخصص للتوظيفات العقارية نقدا مبلغ /3095805117/ ل.ل. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
