ان شركة Archirodon Construction (Overseas) Co. S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 4 تشرين الأول 1996 تحت الرقم 1023 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 26/3/2003, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 256/ت, بانها قررت اقفال فرعها في بيروت. وقد عينت المحامية مايا حبلي كمصفية للفرع المذكور آنفا, وخولتها كل السلطات الضرورية للقيام بمهمتها هذه دونما أي تقييد. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
