ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Gates Europe N.V. المسجلة بتاريخ 19 تموز 2002 تحت الرقم 2215 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل), قد صرحت بتاريخ 27/3/2003, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 260/ت, بأنها قررت تعيين السيد كريستوفر أرنولد Mr. Christopher Arnold مديرا لمكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان بدلا من المدير الحالي للمكتب المذكور السيد باتريك فرانسوا Mr. Patrick Fran5ois, وذلك بموجب قرار مدراء الشركة المؤرخ في 16/12/2002. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
