المادة 1

بموجب القرار عدد 674 الصادر في 29 ك1 1926 حددت بدلات الاشتراك السنوي بالعلب البريدية بالغروش اللبنانية السورية الذهب وفقا للتعليمات الاتية: غروش لبنانية سورية ذهب 1) الفئة الاولى (بيروت - دمشق - حلب ) -,110 ب ) الفئة الثانية (المحلات الاخرى) -,55 يدفع بدلات الاشتراك مسبقا كل ثلاثة اشهر يمكن في مراكز الاصطياف ان يعطي للاغراب عن المحلة اشتراكات تدعى اشتراك فصل الاصطياف بسعر واحد هو 22 غرشا لبنانيا سوريا ذهب عن كل شهر تدفع مشاهرة ومسبقا تلغى وتبقى ملغاة جميع الاحكام المخالفة لاحكام هذا القرار
