ان شركة Banque Nationale De Paris Intercontinentale المسجلة بتاريخ 12/1/1944 تحت رقم 107 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل). قد صرحت بتاريخ 15/5/2000 وبموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 689/ت انها قد عينت السيد غي ليبينار ­ مدير مجموعة لبنان M. Guy Lepinard وكيلا للمصرف في لبنان ومنحته الصلاحيات التالية: ­ ادارة شؤون بنك ناسيونال دي باريس انتركونتيننتال سواء ايجابا او سلبا, تمثيل البنك المذكور تجاه الغير والادارات العامة او الخاصة والقيام بجميع الاعمال ­ المبادرة الى فتح الفروع والوكالات والمكاتب لبنك Banque Nationale Paris Intercontinentale . واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
