- في التعديل - ان شركة Sanofi-Synthelabo Groupe S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 5 آب 2000 تحت الرقم 2127 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات - مكتب تمثيل قد صرحت بتاريخ 9/4/2002 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 367/ت انها قررت تعيين السيد دوني دوغريه M. Denis DUGER من التابعية الفرنسية بدلا من السيدة كارلا الحايك شمعه بصفة مدير عام مسؤول عن مكتب تمثيل الشركة وفوضته جميع الصلاحيات اللازمة لتشغيل المكتب المذكور وهي صلاحيات محددة على سبيل الحصر وممنوحة له بموجب القرار المؤرخ في 20 شباط 2002
