بناء على القرار رقم 300 الصادر من وزير الداخلية في 9 كانون الثاني سنة 1931- انشئت بلدية في قرية راشيا الفخار تدعى بلدية راشيا الفخار اما حدود هذه البلدية الجديدة فان مصلحة الاشغال العامة تعينها وفقا لاحكام- المادة 12 من القرار 1208 المؤرخ في 10 اذار سنة 1922
