ان شركة Solvay Pharmaceuticals G.M.B.H. المسجلة بتاريخ 14 أيار 1998 تحت الرقم 2005 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع), قد صرحت بتاريخ 12/6/2003, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 194/ت, بأن الممثل القانوني الوحيد للشركة, السيد يورغن فيسولوفسكي Mr. Jurgen Wessolovski, قد قرر اقفال فرع الشركة في لبنان, واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
