ان شركة O.T.V. Omnium de traitement et de Valorisation المسجلة بتاريخ 19/5/1975 تحت رقم 770 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات قد صرحت بتاريخ 26/5/1998 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 357/ت انها قد عينت وكيلا قانونيا عنها السيد رينه دريزن Rene Dressen ليقوم بادارة فرعها في لبنان وليقوم في الوقت عينه بتمثيلها في كل من سوريا والاردن وذلك اعتبارا من تاريخ 12/11/1997 ولغاية 31/12/1998 واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
