ان شركة بويغ اوف شور ش .م. Bouygues Offshore S.A المسجلة بتاريخ 26/2/1998 تحت رقم 1040 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع) قد صرحت بتاريخ 16/6/1998 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 413/ت ان مجلس الادارة قد عين السيد كلود روليه مديرا لفرع الشركة في لبنان وكان السيد فرنسوا ليوناردي الذي كلف بمهام اخرى. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
