في التعديل ان شركة سابينا ش. م. بلجيكية Sabena S.A.Belge المسجلة بتاريخ 19/2/1957 تحت رقم 226 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 10/7/2000 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 940/ ت انها قد عينت السيد سامي ابراهيم جدعون مديرا لفرعها في لبنان من اول نيسان 2000 واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
