­ في التعديل­ ان شركة فيليبس بروجكتس ش. م. Philips Projects B.V المسجلة بتاريخ 27 آذار 1998 تحت رقم 1099 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات, قد صرحت بتاريخ 21/06/2001 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 945/ ت انها فوضت السيد بروس فان دير هورست Breus Van der Horst مع حق توكيل السيد مروان نصر لتمثيل شركة Philips Projects B.V في لبنان للعمل على اجراء كافة المعاملات اللازمة لانهاء تسجيل الشركة المذكورة في بيروت­ لبنان لدى كافة الادارات المعنية. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
