­ في التعديل­ ان شركة Adidas-Salomon Middle east LLC المسجلة بتاريخ 17/01/2000 تحت رقم 3004 المصحح بالرقم 2104 في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع), قد صرحت بتاريخ 22/06/2001 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 946/ ت انه بعد ان اضحى السيد Raymond Andres شريكا مع السيد راشد محمد راشد الغزال وشركة Adidas Sarragan France SARL قرر اصحاب الحصص اجراء: 1­ تعديل رقم (3) تاريخ 12/09/2000 لعقد تأسيس الشركة الام اي شركة Adidas-Salomon Middle East LCC حيث تم بموجبه تعديل المادة 6 من النظام الاساسي والمادة 12 والمادة 2.23­ تعديل رقم (4) تاريخ 16/05/2001 لعقد التأسيس عينه, حيث تم تعديل المادة 6 من النظام الاساسي مرة جديدة على اثر زيادة رأسمال الشركة الام الى/20.000.000/ درهم (عشرون مليون درهم اماراتي). واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
