ان شركة: مورغان غارنتي تراست كومباني أوف نيويورك Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York المسجلة بتاريخ 13/01/1965 تحت رقم 352 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات الاجنبية (مكتب تمثيل) قد صرحت بتاريخ 28/06/1999 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 845/ت انها اقامت ومنحت وعينت المحامي جاك شكر الله كوكيل قانوني ليمثلها في لبنان. كما يحق للمحامي شكر الله التوقيع وتقديم مستندات او استدعاءات فيما يتعلق بعزل السيد احمد منيمنة وتعيين السيد غابي أ. عبد النور كممثل ووكيل جديد لمكتب التمثيل العائد للشركة في لبنان وذلك بموجب وكالة مؤرخة في 01/06/1999 . واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
