ان شركة شويكي وجزائري ومرتضى المسجلة بتاريخ 02/06/1999 تحت رقم 2067 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع) قد صرحت بتاريخ 07/07/1999 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 931/ت ان مجلس الادارة وافق على تحويل اسم الشركة من شركة شويكي وجزائري ومرتضى الى ج.م.س . J.M.S واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
