في التعديل ان شركة باريبا يو. ك. ليمتد. Paribas U.K Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 7/4/1995 تحت رقم 978 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 18/7/2000 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1017/ ت انها قررت في الجمعية العمومية غير العادية للشركة المذكورة والمنعقدة في التاسع عشر من أيار 2000 تعديل اسم الشركة ليصبح: "ب. ن. ب. باريبا يو. ك. ليمتد BNP Paribas U.K Limited" واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
