ان شركة حبيب بنك ليمتد Habib Bank Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 09/10/1964 تحت رقم 340 بالتسجيل في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات قد صرحت بتاريخ 19/01/1997 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4191/أ.ت انها قررت زيادة رأس المال المخصص لفرع بيروت ما قيمته مليار ليرة لبنانية كما تقرر تخويل السيد محمد عظيم نير, ممثل البنك في بيروت انفاذ هذا القرار واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
