ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Ferrell Schultz Consulting L.L.C. المسجلة بتاريخ 14/12/2002 تحت رقم 2232 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل). قد صرحت بتاريخ 9/7/2003, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 591/ت بأنه تم تغيير المفوض بالتوقيع عن الحساب الذي يحمل الرقم (00-189183-400-02) والتي كانت السيدة لينا مطرجي واستبدالها بالسيدة رنا شعبان التي ستكون من تاريخه الشخص المسؤول عن هذا الحساب, وذلك بموجب قرار مؤرخ في 25/6/2003 . وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
