ان شركة الاسماك الكويتية المتحدة ش .م.ك. المسجلة بتاريخ 18/8/1994 تحت رقم 958 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات قد صرحت بتاريخ 9/7/1997 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 4940/أ.ت. انها قررت قبول استقالة السيد هنري سليم عطار مدير فرع لبنان في الشركة وذلك بناء لطلبه على ان ينقطع عن العمل اعتبارا من 15/7/1997 وتعيين السيد ماهر عبد الرحمن الحلبي - اللبناني مديرا لفرع لبنان بدلا من المدير السابق المستقيل وذلك اعتبارا من تاريخ 15/7/1997 واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
