ان شركة بويغ اوف شور ش .م. Bouygues Offshore S.A المسجلة بتاريخ 26/02/1997 تحت رقم 1040 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 09/08/1999 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1096/ت انها قررت تعيين السيد جيل فيلفت Mr Gilles Villvet مديرا لفرعها في لبنان بدلا وفي مكان السيد كلود روليه Mr. Claude Roulet الذي استلم مهمة اخرى. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
