- في التعديل - إن شركة Cyanamid Overseas Corporation المسجلة بتاريخ 24/12/1971 تحت الرقم 552 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات - فرع قد صرحت بتاريخ 6/6/2002, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 511/ت, إن نائب رئيس الشركة السيد تيموثي تي. سليتر Mr. Timothy T. Slater قد عين السيد أونيك ديكران خشاريان Mr. Onnig Dikran Khatcherian كوكيل في لبنان ويمنحه وكالة شاملة لغرض أن يقوم بالعمل تحت المسؤولية المباشرة للشركة, كما يمنحه التفويض والمسؤولية لإدارة فرع الشركة في لبنان والإشراف عليه بالإضافة لتلك الواجبات والصلاحيات الضرورية لغرض تنفيذ المهام العادية لأعمال وظيفته.
