في التعديل ان شركة Compargaie Dentreprises CFE المسجلة بتاريخ 1 آب 1997 تحت رقم 1056 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 30/08/2000 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1199/ت انها قد احيطت علما باستقالة السيد اريك لوديك M Eric Ledeq مدير فرع CFE لبنان. وبانها تعين السيد ادمون ريمون شقال مديرا جديدا لفرعها في لبنان مع منحه الصلاحيات الضرورية لذلك. وينتهي مفعول التفويض هذا بتاريخ 31 تموز 2001 . واشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
