ان شركة Societe Shneider Electric Industries S.A المسجلة بتاريخ 26 آب 1999 تحت الرقم 2084 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل), قد صرحت بتاريخ 04/09/2001 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1432/ت انها قد عينت السيد باتريك البوس M. Patrick Albos مسؤولا عن مكتب تمثيل شركة Shneider Electric Industries S.A في بيروت- لبنان- ومنحته لهذه الغاية صلاحية القيام بالاعمال اللازمة لتسيير هذا المكتب ولا يشمل التفويض الحاضر الحق باعادة التفويض , وهو ساري المفعول ابتداء من 31 ايلول 2001, وصالح لغاية 31 كانون الاول 2003 . واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
