ان شركة سوليتانش باشي فرانس . Soletanche Bachy France S.A المسجلة بتاريخ 11 شباط 1998 تحت رقم 1091 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 28/09/1999 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1372/ت انها عينت السيد باتريك امبير, M. Patrick Imbert وهو مهندس ­ للعمل لحساب الشركة في البلدان التالية: مصر ­ سوريا ­ لبنان ­ قبرص ­ ليبيا ­ السودان­ الاردن ­ السعودية ­ الامارات العربية المتحدة ­ الكويت ­ عمان ­ اليمن ­ العراق ­ قطر ­ البحرين. وقد منحته صلاحيات حددت في الوكالة المؤرخة في 30 حزيران 1999 والتي تبقى صالحة لغاية 31/12/2000 باستثناء عزل صريح قبل هذا التاريخ. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
