ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Total Fina Elf Gas Power International المسجلة بتاريخ 16/7/1998 تحت رقم 2016 (بالتسجيل), في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل). قد صرحت بتاريخ 20/10/2003 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 918/ت إن مجلس إدارة الشركة وافق على إقفال مكتب تمثيلها في بيروت ـ لبنان وذلك بموجب محضر اجتماع مؤرخ في 14/5/2003. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
