ان شركة ABB Management Middle East & Africa Ltd المسجلة بتاريخ 23/05/1996 تحت رقم 1008 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل) قد صرحت بتاريخ 15/9/1997 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 6785/أ ت انها قررت وفقا لنظامها التاسيسي وللقوانين المرعية الاجراء في سويسرا بشطب تسجيل مكتب تمثيلها في بيروت - لبنان وتعيين السيد فابيو سكاوري Mr Fabio Scauri كوكيل واقعي للشركة للقيام باسمها بتنفيذ اي وكل المستندات بغية شطب تسجيل مكتب التمثيل واتخاذ كافة التدابير اللازمة والمناسبة لهذا الغرض وفقا للقوانين اللبنانية المرعية الاجراء واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر
