- في التعديل - إن شركة B.A.T UK and Export المسجلة بتاريخ 5 آذار 1997 تحت رقم 1041 (بالتسجيل). في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل). قد صرحت بتاريخ 26/8/2002 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 804/ت إنه قد تم تعيين السيدة مونا سعد الدين سوبرا Mrs Mona Saadeddine Soubra لكي تكون وكيلة للشركة في لبنان مع صلاحية القيام بالأعمال المحددة في المادة الثانية من التوكيل المؤرخ في 20 حزيران 2002 والذي منحها صفة مديرة مكتب تمثيلها في بيروت - لبنان مع كافة الصلاحيات المذكورة في متنه وذلك لمدة سنة تنتهي في 19/6/2003 وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
