ان شركة OZDIL ENERJI TAAHHUT TICARET VE SANAYI A.S. المسجلة بتاريخ 10/8/2002 تحت رقم 2216 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع), قد صرحت بتاريخ 24/9/2003, بموجب كتاب تسجيل لدينا بالرقم 826/ت, بأنها منحت كلا من السيد مصطفى دلدال Mr. Mustafa Daldal والسيدة طوبى كيليج Mrs. Yugba Kilis وكالة تامة وبأقصى أشكالها, وذلك بالاتحاد بينهما أو بالانفراد, لتمثيل الشركة في لبنان مؤرخة في 20/6/2003, وبوكالتهما عن الشركة المذكورة أعلاه, قرر المديران نقل مركز الفرع من بيروت إلى منطقة مار روكز ـ ظهر الحصن في المتن الشمالي. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
