ان شركة انسالدو انرجيا (ش .م) Ansaldo Energia S.P.A المسجلة بتاريخ 13/2/1996 تحت رقم 997 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع) قد صرحت بتاريخ 21/11/1997 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 8713/أ.ت تاريخ 21/11/1997 بموجب كتاب ان السيد فروتشيو برساني Mr, Ferrucci Bressani بصفته مديرا عاما للشركة وبموجب الصلاحيات المعطاة له من قبل مجلس الادارة قد صرح انه يعين السيد جياكومود لاغوريو Ing Giacomo Lagorio وكيلا خاصا ومسؤولا عن فرع انسالدو انرجيا ش .م. Ansaldo Energia S.P.A في لبنان مانحا اياه صلاحيات محددة ليمارسها بصورة حصرية على الاراضي اللبنانية. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
