ان شركة بنكا دي روما Banca Di Roma المسجلة بتاريخ 25/10/1946 تحت رقم 22 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 16/11/1999 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1674/ت انها طلبت من ادارة فرعها في بيروت قيد ما يعادل بالدولار الاميركي في العملة اللبنانية اي /14.742.444.814/ ليرة لبنانية فقط اربعة عشر مليار وسبعماية واثنان واربعون مليونا واربعماية واربعون الفا وثمانماية واربع عشر ليرة لبنانيةلا غير, حق 20/7/1999 في الحساب الجاري مع الادارة العامة ختاما للحساب القائم لديها. واشعارا بذلك اعطى هذا العلم والخبر.
