ان القاضي العقاري في لبنان الشمالي, بناء على محضر اختتام الاعمال تاريخ 19 تموز 1971 وبما ان مهلة الثلاثين يوما المنصوص عنها في المادة 30 من القرار 186 تايخ 15/3/1936 قد انقضت . وعملا بالمادة 22 من القرار المذكور, يقرر اختتام عمليات التحديد والتحرير نهائيا في منطقة خربة داوود- قضاء عكار.
