ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Sanofi Synthelabo Groupe S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ 8/8/2000 تحت رقم 2127 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ مكتب تمثيل ـ قد صرحت بتاريخ 11/12/2004, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 15505/2004, بأنه تم تعيين السيد أحمد ياقوت Mr. Ahmed Yacout مديرا جديدا لمكتب تمثيلها في لبنان ليقوم بمهام حددت له بموجب تفويض مؤرخ في 15/10/ 2004 وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
