ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة جنرال إلكتريك إنترناشيونال إنك General Electric International, Inc المسجلة بتاريخ 30/7/1968 تحت رقم 3131 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات. قد صرحت بتاريخ 22/12/2004, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 15991/2004, بأنه تم تعيين السيدة دوللي عبود صقر كوكيلة للشركة في لبنان للعمل بصفة مديرة لفرعها, وذلك بموجب وكالة مؤرخة في 28/10/2004 وصالحة لغاية 31/10/2006. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
