ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة سبيسيا ش.م. والتي تم دمجها بشركات أخرى وأصبح اسمها Laboratoire Aventis المسجلة بتاريخ 26/2/ 1947 تحت رقم 132 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ قد صرحت بتاريخ 30/12/2004, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 16285/2004, بأنه بتاريخ 27/9/2004 اجتمع شركاء شركة مختبر افنتس ش.م. Laboratoire Aventis وقرروا تغيير اسم فرع شركة Spacia المفتوح في لبنان والمسجل في السجل التجاري في بيروت بتاريخ 26/2 /1947 تحت رقم (503 سبيسيا) إلى اسم مختبر افنتس ش.م. Laboratoire Aventis. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
