ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Creative Associates International المسجلة بتاريخ 26/8/1998 تحت رقم 2025 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع). قد صرحت بتاريخ 15/3/2005 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3207/2005 أنها قررت إقفال فرعها في بيروت وتوكيل الأستاذ فادي مغيزل و/أو الأستاذة كاتيا أبو عاصي بالاتحاد والانفراد للقيام بهذه المهمة. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
