ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة البنك العربي ش.م.ع. المسجلة بتاريخ 16/05/1943 تحت رقم 104 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ قد صرحت بتاريخ 26/2/2004, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1297/2004, بأنها عينت السيد زياد صادق عيتاني, اللبناني الجنسية, والذي يشغل وصيفة مدير منطقة/البنك العربي ش.م.ع. فروع لبنان, ممثلا للبنك في لبنان, وليقوم نيابة عن فروع البنك العربي ـ لبنان بجميع الأعمال الضرورية من أجل تسيير عمل الفروع المذكورة بشكل فعال, وذلك بموجب قرار مؤرخ في 12/1/2004 وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
