(UK & Export) Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 05/03/1997 تحت رقم 1041 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات - مكتب تمثيل - قد صرحت بتاريخ 07/05/2005 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 5739/2005 بانها عينت كلا من السيدين وليد احمد فؤاد احمد رشوان ودايفيد الكسندر شارلز بيك Mr David Alexander Charles Peck كوكيلين عنها بالاتحاد والانفراد في مكتبها التمثيلي في بيروت - لبنان مع منحهما الصلاحيات اللازمة للقيام بهذه المهام الموكلة اليهما بموجب وكالة مؤرخة في 18/03/2005 واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر
