ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Guidant International B.V. المسجلة بتاريخ 20/ 9/2003 تحت رقم 2252 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ مكتب تمثيل ـ. قد صرحت بتاريخ 19/4/2004, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3981/2004, بأن مجلس إدارة الشركة قرر في 25 شباط 2004 إقالة السيد جوزيف مكاري Mr. Joseph Macari من منصبه كممثل قانوني لمكتب التمثيل في لبنان وتجريده فورا من كافة الصلاحيات المعطاة إليه بالنيابة عن الشركة, وتعيين الآنسة رشا قمبرجي Ms. Racha Kombargi كممثل قانوني لمكتب التمثيل في لبنان بدلا من السيد مكاري وإعطاءها سند توكيل يمنحها صلاحية تمثيل الشركة في لبنان. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
