ـ في التعديل ـ ان شركة China International Water & Electric Corp (CWE) المسجلة بتاريخ 9/12/2004 تحت رقم 2318 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ قد صرحت بتاريخ 4/1/2005, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 69/2005, بأنه تم تعيين Mr. Wang Xiaofeng مديرا لفرع الشركة في لبنان مع تحديد صلاحيات أدرجت في محضر اجتماع مجلس إدارة الشركة المؤرخ في 22/11 /2004 وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
