ان شركة مؤسسة الامارات ـ الخطوط الدولية لدولة الامارات العربية المسجلة بتاريخ 14/8/1991 تحت رقم 926 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ, قد صرحت بتاريخ 21/7/2004, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 8901/2004, بأنها عينت السيد ابراهيم عبد الله محمد الحاج, مدير الشركة في لبنان, ليكون وكيلا للشركة له صلاحيات, باسم الشركة ونيابة عنها, حددت في الوكالة المؤرخة في 7 تموز 2004, مع الإشارة إلى أن الوكالة المذكورة تبطل وتلغي كل الوكالات السابقة المتعلقة بتأسيس و/أو تشغيل الفرع. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
