ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة مؤسسة الخطوط الجوية الكويتية المسجلة بتاريخ 11/7/1996 تحت رقم 1015 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ. قد صرحت بتاريخ 22/10/2004, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 13392/2004, بأنها عينت السيد هشام ر.ب. الرفاعي كمدير أعلى في لبنان وتركيا للمؤسسة في مدينة بيروت وفوضته القيام بكافة أعمال المؤسسة وتسجيل هذه الأخيرة لدى الجهات الرسمية بالإضافة إلى صلاحيات أخرى جاءت في كتاب إعلان التعيين والوكالة الخاصة المؤرخ في 25 آب 2004 وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
