ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Soft Drink Services Company المسجلة بتاريخ 31/7/2000 تحت رقم 2129 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ مكتب تمثيل يحمل اسم Coca­cola Near East Representative Office. قد صرحت بتاريخ 23/1/2004, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 82/ت, بأنها في 1/11/2003 أصدرت قرارا قضى بإغلاق مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان ـ بيروت ـ Coca­Cola Near Eadt Representative Office, وأوكلت إلى كل من المحامين ندي تيان ويارا مارون والشيخ زبير حسن أو أي أشخاص آخرين يتم تعيينهم كوكلاء عن الشركة, للقيام بعملية إقفال المكتب المذكور. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
