ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Kraft Foods Middle East & Africa Limited بتاريخ 22/1/202 تحت رقم 2196 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل). قد صرحت بتاريخ 11/2/2005 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1728/2005 أنه تبعا لاستقالة السيد رمزي باروني تقرر تعيين السيد أحمد الكردي ممثلا جديدا للشركة في لبنان وفق سند توكيل يخوله القيام بمهامه مؤرخ في 13/12/ 2004 وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
