ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة Schneider Electric Industries SAS المسجلة بتاريخ 26 آب 1999، تحت رقم 2084 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)، قد صرحت بتاريخ 15/6/2006، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 7045/2006، بأنها عينت السيد سامر الكسم M. Samer Elkasm مسؤولا عن مكتبها التمثيلي في لبنان مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة لذلك، وذلك بموجب وكالة مؤرخة في 20 نيسان 2006 وصالحة اعتبارا من 15 أيار 2006 ولغاية 15 أيار 2008. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
